About the Role:

Join our dynamic product team as a UX Research Intern! This internship is designed for individuals passionate about understanding user behavior and enhancing user experience through meticulous research and analysis. You will work closely with our experienced design team, contributing to the development and refinement of our products. Your insights will be key in ensuring our solutions are both intuitive and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques to contribute to product ideation and refinement.Support the design team in observing and/or conducting user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Assist in analyzing research findings to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Contribute to the creation of user personas and user journey maps.
• Translate research insights into actionable product recommendations.
• Help maintain and update UX documentation, such as research reports, usability test plans, and findings presentations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging best practices in UX research and design.
• Participate in regular scrum meetings as an integral part of the product team.
• Engage in additional project-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• Passion for understanding user behavior and improving user experiences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Experience with design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
