About the Role:

We are offering an unpaid Front-End Software Engineering Internship focusing on JavaScript. This role is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain valuable experience by working in a real team environment on meaningful projects. While this internship is unpaid, the experience and knowledge gained will be invaluable for your future career in software development.

Job Responsibilities:

• UI Implementation: Convert UI designs into HTML/CSS/JavaScript code, ensuring fidelity to the original design.
• Code Development: Create clean, efficient, modular, and maintainable code. Develop dynamic client-side interfaces using JavaScript frameworks.
• Code Auditing: Assist in improving the existing codebase.
• Collaboration: Work alongside product and backend teams to achieve project goals.
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing across supported browsers and devices.

Requirements:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of ES5/ES6 JavaScript, CSS layout techniques, and DOM structure.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to solve layout issues with CSS and knowledge of cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Version Control: Basic proficiency with GIT source control.
• Responsive Design: Experience with implementing responsive web designs.
