Requirements:

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating self-drive, integrity, and accountability, even when faced with ambiguity.

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in ReactJS
• 3+ years experience with Next.js (v14)
• 2+ years experience developing with Python, especially if it's FastAPI
• AI-specific technical knowledge (problem-solving with AI, RAG, machine learning, workflow automation)
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Solid database skills in a relational database (i.e. PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Be able to design, develop, deploy and support RESTful services
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure knowledge is a plus
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Frontend unit testing with test framework like Jest
• TypeScript experience a plus
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools

‍Key Responsibilities:

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of data storage solutions (databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)

Salary:

$45,000.00 to $70,000.00 MXN
